​I accept referrals from Homecare package providers and private clients. My services are highly sought after because I provide care in the comfort of the client's own home.

Eligible Medicare patients can be referred for individual allied health services through a chronic disease management plan (MBS Item 10953). Services are not bulk billed and the patients must claim the rebate through Medicare.

  2. Provide guidance on chronic disease management, helping clients manage the symptoms of conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, and others through exercise.
  3. Design rehabilitation exercise programs to promote healing and recovery for clients who have undergone surgery or suffered an injury.
  4. Educate and motivate clients on the benefits of exercise and help them incorporate physical activity into their daily lives to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
