Office Ergonomics & Essentials


Many workers find themselves using a computer for a large part of the day. Poor workplace design and layout can contribute to workplace injuries and illness while correct chair height, adequate equipment spacing and good desk posture can help you stay comfortable. My office ergonomics & essentials package is perfect for correcting those postural issues and reducing risk of injury and overuse injuries.

This workshop is conducted within the office environment. I will personally visit every worker's desk and addresses the following points:


  • Height, distance and spacing of furniture
  • Correct setup of monitors, mouse position and leg space
  • Hydration and rest breaks
  • Discuss medical history and any concerns
  • Stretching, light massage and core stabilisation techniques
  • A comprehensive office stretching and mobilisation program given to every worker
